If our merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 14 days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the following requirements.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original itsasickness.com sales receipt. Please write on the receipt the reason for your return, or, if you prefer to make an exchange instead, which item you are requesting in exchange.
If you return merchandise for a refund within 14 days of delivery, the refund will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited.
If you return merchandise for exchange, you may make an exchange for the same item (if the original was defective), or for different item(s) of equal or lesser value available on this site.
Please return merchandise to us at the address below through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.
